How much does Kalodata cost?
Kalodata costs roughly $40-60 a month for the entry tier and $60-130 a month for Standard, depending on which region package you buy; Enterprise runs into the high hundreds. With our verified code CHAWTIN that becomes about $36-54 a month on monthly billing (10% off), and an annual Standard plan lands nearer $60-78 a month equivalent once the up-to-40% annual discount applies. Kalodata does not publish one global price list, so here is how it actually breaks down.
The three tiers
Every region has the same structure: an entry tier for solo sellers, a mid tier for serious operators, and an enterprise tier for teams. Names vary slightly (Basic/Starter, Standard/Professional, Enterprise) but the limits follow the same pattern.
- Basic — around 50 searches a day, ~10 tracked items, 90 days of history, little or no exporting. Enough to validate one or two product ideas a week.
- Standard — around 250 searches a day, hundreds of tracked items, 180 days of history, monthly creator exports, one sub-account. This is the tier most active sellers and affiliates end up on.
- Enterprise — effectively unlimited searches and tracking, bulk exports, multiple sub-accounts, priority support. Priced for agencies and multi-store brands.
Typical monthly prices
At the time of writing, the US Basic package sits in the mid-$40s per month and US Standard around $100 per month. The 'Global' Standard package (multi-region Southeast Asia) is cheaper, around $60 per month. The UK Standard package is around $90. Enterprise runs into the high hundreds per month in every region. Kalodata changes these figures without much notice, so treat them as a guide and check the live pricing page before you buy.
The pattern to notice: the US package is the most expensive because US TikTok Shop is the largest and most competitive market. If you only sell in one Southeast Asian country, a single-region package is far cheaper than the US one.
Monthly vs annual
Annual billing is discounted heavily — commonly 25-40% below the monthly rate. That only makes sense if you will actually use the tool for a year. If you are validating a business idea, start monthly; if TikTok Shop is already your main income, annual is the obvious choice. We wrote a general guide on this trade-off: Annual vs monthly SaaS plans.
Why Kalodata feels expensive
Compared with a $10 Chrome extension, $100 a month looks steep. But the comparison most buyers make is against one bad inventory order. A seller who avoids a single 500-unit purchase of a product that has already peaked has paid for a year of Standard. That is the pitch, and for active sellers it usually holds. For someone who has not made a first sale yet, it is a lot of money to spend on research — start with the trial, covered in Is Kalodata free?.
How to pay less
Three levers, in order of impact. First, pick the smallest region package that covers where you sell. Second, go annual once you know you will use it. Third, apply a promo code at checkout — the current one gives 10% off monthly plans and up to 40% off annual plans, and it stacks with the annual pricing rather than replacing it.
The code, its terms and the date we last checked it are on the Kalodata coupon page. Codes do not apply retroactively, so enter it before you confirm the plan.
