Is Kalodata free?

No, Kalodata is not free. There is a real 7-day trial with no credit card required, but full sales data, exports and history need a paid plan — from about $40 a month, or roughly $36 with our verified code CHAWTIN. The 'free account' shortcuts shared on Reddit and Telegram are not worth the risk. Here is the full picture.

What you get without paying

Kalodata offers a free trial — currently 7 days, no credit card required. During the trial you get the entry-tier limits: around 50 searches a day and about 10 tracked items. That is enough to run a category search, open the top products, look at the creators behind them and decide whether the data is useful for your niche.

Some metrics are blurred or capped until you subscribe. Revenue history beyond the recent window, bulk creator lists and exports are the usual gaps.

What stays locked

Everything that makes the tool a daily driver: full revenue estimates, 90-180 days of trend history, creator and livestream analytics at scale, multi-region data, CSV exports and the Chrome extension overlays. If your plan is to 'use the free version', expect to hit the wall within an afternoon.

About 'free Kalodata accounts' and shared logins

Shared or cracked accounts circulate in seller groups. Kalodata detects concurrent logins and bans them, and sub-accounts are a paid Standard/Enterprise feature precisely so teams do not have to share a password. You also have no idea who else is inside a shared account. If you need multiple seats, buy a plan that includes sub-accounts — that is what they are for.

The cheapest legitimate way in

Use the trial for a week with a specific question in mind ('which three products in my category grew fastest last month?'). If it answers that, subscribe to the smallest region package you need, monthly at first, with the promo code applied at checkout. The current code takes 10% off monthly and up to 40% off annual plans and is verified on our Kalodata coupon page.

Free alternatives worth knowing

TikTok's own Shop Seller Center shows your own data and some category benchmarks for free. Browsing the TikTok Shop 'Top Products' tabs manually is free but slow. Several Chrome extensions show limited product stats on the page. None of these replaces Kalodata's creator and video analytics, which is the part sellers pay for.
