How to cancel Kalodata

To cancel Kalodata, open Settings > Subscription on the web app and turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date; if you subscribed through the App Store, cancel through Apple instead. Kalodata renews automatically until you turn it off, so here is the process, plus what to do if you were charged for a term you did not want.

Cancel auto-renewal (web)

Log in on the website, open your profile menu, go to Subscription (sometimes labelled Billing or Plan), and choose Cancel or Turn off auto-renew. You keep access until the end of the paid period; you are just stopping the next charge. Take a screenshot of the confirmation.

Do this at least a day before the renewal date. Annual plans that have just renewed are the hardest to refund, which is the same advice we give for every subscription in our software subscription audit guide.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play

Mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Kalodata. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Kalodata > Cancel. On Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancelling in the Kalodata web app will not stop an App Store charge.

Downgrade instead of cancelling

If you still use the tool but Standard is more than you need, downgrade to Basic from the same Subscription page. The change usually applies from the next billing cycle. Tracked items above the Basic limit will be dropped, so export or note them first.

Delete your account

Cancel the subscription first, then use the Delete account option in profile settings (or email support if it is not shown for your region). Deletion removes your tracked lists and saved searches permanently. There is no undo and no new-customer trial if you return.

Charged after cancelling?

Contact Kalodata support with your account email and the cancellation screenshot. Renewal charges within a few days of a documented cancellation are usually refunded. If you subscribed through Apple, request the refund from Apple instead.
